The question isn't arriving

• Open the app. The Tonight tab shows a setup card if notifications are off, with a button straight to the right Settings page.
• Check the Moment is switched on (Moments tab → toggle on the right).
• Check Quiet hours (Settings). Moments inside that window are skipped on purpose.
• iOS Focus modes and Scheduled Summary can hold notifications back. Allow Kindling through, or set it to deliver immediately.

A question wasn't right for tonight

Swipe it left, or tap Pass. That question is retired for good and will never come back. Swipe right to keep it in Favorites; tap Undo within a few seconds if it was an accident. Ask another way shows a lighter phrasing of the same idea. if they shrug… reveals a follow-up.

Kid-safe lock

Settings → Kid-safe lock. While on, every deck stays child-friendly and the Couples and Friends decks are locked. Turn it off for adult-only conversations.

The Full Deck purchase

• New phone or reinstalled? Settings → Restore Purchases. The Full Deck follows your Apple Account, and Family Sharing is on.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Starting over

Deleting the app removes every question, favorite, and schedule. There is no account to close.
